Place the ball in the back of your stance and slightly open the clubface. Be careful not to place the clubface on the hay because it might cause the ball to move, resulting in a stroke penalty.  

While keeping your body still, swing down and through the ball. You may be surprised how the ball will come out. Good luck and good golfing.
